Push follows the BC stat holiday calendar, with office closures as scheduled. Our support line is available from 5:00 am to 5:00 pm PST on most holidays, except December 25, 26, and January 1. A 24/7 chatbot is also available to assist with questions. Regular service resumes at 5:00 am PST on the next business day after each holiday.
KayaPush uses the Canada (BC) stat holiday calendar, the KayaPush office will be closed on those dates. Our team will be back in the office at 5:00am PST the following day to resume usual service.
