Technical Questions

How do I recover my account password?

If you’ve forgotten your password, you can reset your password here. Check your spam or junk mail if you don’t see the email to reset your password. If you’re still having issues, contact your employer to assist with password resetting.

I'm looking for something specific on my KayaPush account.

Certain information is only available to access on desktop devices (not mobile); other information may be layered by permissions or may require action from your employer.

I'm having trouble accessing KayaPush's help center

KayaPush’s help center requires you to be logged into your Push account. If you do not have a Push account you will not be able to access help documents.

What is your data security policy?

KayaPush has implemented technology and security features to safeguard the privacy of your personal information using the industry’s best practices.

Where can I find government assistance or other COVID-19 information?

Where is my record of employment (ROE)?

If you do not see your Record of Employment in KayaPush, but your ROE has been filed with Service Canada you may be able to access it directly through your Service Canada Account (if you are registered). If you do not see it in KayaPush or Service Canada, it may still be processing.

Can I still contact KayaPush?

Our team is currently socially distancing by working from home, however our support hours remain the same (8:30AM-5:00PM PT). Please be patient as we are experiencing a high volume of calls, you may receive a faster response via email support@pushoperations.com

Product Questions

Is KayaPush just for restaurants or do you handle other industries?

Although we handle restaurant workflows very well, KayaPush can be used in a variety of businesses and industries – especially for payroll. We have customers in gyms, salons, retail locations, warehouses, creative agencies and more!

If you have employees who need to get paid (or even be scheduled and clock in) chances we’ll be a great solution. We’d love to learn more about your business needs, and schedule a demo with someone from our team to see if KayaPush will be a good fit.

Does KayaPush come as a full set of products or can I just purchase payroll?

You do not have to purchase all of our modules. We offer our features a-la-carte and you can tailor your feature set to your business’ needs. However, as an all-in-one system, we work better together!

How much does KayaPush cost? What is your pricing?

I have an idea to improve KayaPush features, how can I submit it?

You can submit ideas for new features on our “submit an idea” form. Feedback will go directly to our product team.

What are your support hours?

Our support hours are 8:30AM-5:00PM PT, if not available please leave a message or email support@pushoperations.com with your name, company and reason for calling and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

What are your holiday hours (office closures)?

KayaPush uses the Canada (BC) stat holiday calendar, the KayaPush office will be closed on the dates below. Office re-opens on the date marked with “*”. Our team will be back in the office at 9:00am PST to resume usual service.
